WSHA launches readmissions data dashboard

As part of our Readmissions Roundtable series, WSHA is pleased to announce the launch of a new safety and quality data dashboard for our hospitals in Washington. The Readmissions Dashboard launched Sept. 10 and will allow hospitals to establish their baseline readmission rates, compare their rates with other facilities, target patient populations for improvement efforts and track those improvements over time.
