Forks Community Hospital Director of Pharmacy Janet Schade, MS, RPh, shared education, prescribing and reporting strategies, focusing on the “every patient, every time” motto.
Astria Sunnyside Hospital Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist Jessica Zering, PharmD, explained her experience developing faculty-specific prescribing guidelines and using data reporting and tracking to inform outpatient stewardship.
