Tackle readmission reduction with WSHA

Beginning March 9 at 1 p.m., WSHA will host a bimonthly virtual roundtable to tackle readmission reduction in hospitals. Readmissions are a costly and complex problem that require multiple strategies and ongoing efforts to reduce. The first webinar will provide an overview of readmission reduction best practices and strategies, one hospital system’s story of its recent readmission reduction efforts and a brief preview of the WSHA Readmissions Tableau Dashboard.
