Statewide trainings available for sexual assault nurse examiners

The Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress is offering several trainings across the state for sexual assault nurse examiners (SANEs). Information on the trainings is available here. SANEs are specially trained to provide medical care and forensic exams for sexual assault survivors. Many hospitals in Washington State have trained SANEs available to provide services to patients. More information about SANEs and forensic exams is available online.
