Rural Hospital Leadership Conference speaker spotlight: Kevin Hines

At the age of 19 — two years after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder — Kevin Hines attempted suicide by jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. He was one of only 34 people to have survived the fall, and the only one able to regain full mobility. Now, Kevin is a brain and mental health advocate, an award-winning global speaker, bestselling author and documentary filmmaker who reaches audiences with his story of an unlikely survival and his strong will to live.
