Thank you to all who participated in the transition from survey monkey to QBS for the Patient and Family Engagement (PFE) and Rapid Response Teams (RRT) data. We were able to achieve a 99 percent submission rate in the first quarter of 2018. We appreciate everyone who was involved in making this transition successful.
