The Sentinel Network is currently recruiting volunteer health care employers for a project that will help track Washington State’s rapidly changing health workforce. Employers have until Monday, Aug. 1 to participate in the first data collection period. Already, 175 health care facilities have responded, from a physician’s office to large health care centers, in both rural and urban areas. The network would like your feedback as well.
The network is led by the Workforce Board in collaboration with the state’s Health Care Authority and the University of Washington Center for Health Workforce Studies. The project will collect key data at regular intervals from sentinel healthcare industry sites and provide rapid turnaround of information about emerging issues. Click here to read more.
