The new deadline for WSHA’s Rural Quality Everyday Extraordinary Award is Monday, April 17. This award recognizes a rural hospital completing an exceptional quality improvement project. Last year’s winner was Providence Mount Carmel Hospital for their fall prevention program.
Applications must be received by 9 a.m. on April 17 for consideration. If you have already applied, you are welcome to submit a revision prior to this new deadline. We do accept multiple submissions from the same organization.
This year’s award be presented at the WSHA Rural Hospital Leadership Conference in Chelan, June 27-28. See below for the application and additional resources.
