Make onboarding easy with Washington Hospital Services’ LEAD Academy — a comprehensive 12-module training to build and strengthen leadership skills. Participants will learn essential skills to assemble and lead effective teams and learn tools to effectively manage and resolve conflicts. The training also provides insights into conducting impactful coaching conversations with employees, enhancing their ability to lead teams with empathy and effectiveness.
