WSHA’s Women’s Leadership Program starts April 25 and registration is still open. This is a great opportunity for high-potential women leaders to connect with peers across the state and in Oregon and develop leadership skills to advance their careers.
Here’s what our wonderful alumni have to say about their experience going through the program:
“I had many learnings during the Women’s Leadership Program. I appreciated delving into topics like negotiations and finance that I had only skimmed the surface of previously. What really stuck with me were the discussions that empowered me to embrace being a strong, credible, influential woman leader. Because of this course I now know that I am powerful, concise in my discussions, inquisitive without being tentative, sensitive and kind, and a strong leader. The work I do is important and enough.”
-Suni Dawn Elgar, MPH, BSN, RN, OCN, Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center
“My experience with the Women’s Leadership Program was outstanding! The speakers, course content and collateral were great. The certification I received has bolstered my career path as a health care executive and the collaborative nature of the structure is ideal for women leaders representing organizations of any size. I would take the course over again for sure and highly recommend it!”
-Jennifer J Capps, Chief Development and Communication Officer, Mason Health
“I found the entire program inspirational. Having Female leaders and panelists that we can learn from, relate to, and be inspired by is important for other females who are working towards advancing their careers. I love the 10 Power Presence Mantras, these are essential.”
-Natalie Nachtigal-Dennis, CRCR Revenue Cycle Director, Coulee Medical Center
