Washington Hospital Services (WHS) has helped hospitals and clinics prepare for DOH, CMS and DNV audits since 2020. WHS pre-survey inspections are conducted by WSHA/WHS staff and/or qualified contractors in a “mock” audit format. Focus areas include clinical quality, infection prevention and environment of care. Each area of focus can be done individually or as part of a package.
Hospitals and clinics wishing to schedule a visit are encouraged to do so as quickly as possible to ensure preferred dates.
