WSHA strives to provide members with an exceptional analytics experience on our DASH website. Over the past couple months, we’ve used your feedback to enhance DASH with new page layouts and features. The upgrades launched this week, and we invite you to explore some highlights of our work to make DASH more dynamic, accessible and useful.
1. Updated Home Page layout – The updated layout brings a fourth feature onto the homepage called the “Resource Hub.”
2. NEW Resource Hub – This replaces the previous “Resource” pages in the navigation bar.

- FAQ – A good first stop for answers to questions regarding data sources, data update frequency and how to get additional access to content.
- Documentation – Data Dictionaries, Glossary, Website Directory, and individual dashboard measure definitions can be found here.
- Media – previously this was called Communications. Here you will find Analysis of the Month, Newsletters and Webinars.
- Contact Us – We have created a form that will automatically email the correct Data Analytics team member(s) upon completion. This ensures more timely responses to any questions or concerns.
3. NEW Tutorials – This new feature provides overview information regarding a dashboard or explorer (for Premium subscribers, the data dictionary has also been placed here). Tutorials will auto-populate upon opening a page with a dashboard or explorer. You can choose to not have it open each time by selecting “Close and do not show again,” but you can still access it by clicking the graduation cap icon above the dashboard (see below).
4. NEW Report Builder – Another new feature, the Report Builder creates custom reports within the website and allows you to choose who gets them and at what frequency. A user can capture views from multiple dashboards after setting filters, choose recipients and a cadence for sending. Step-by-step documentation is provided in the “Documentation” section of the Resource Hub.
Note: Per the Analytics website’s Terms of Service Agreement, these reports can only be shared within your organization and only email domains that match your organization will be accepted.
