For Medicaid enrollees, integrated managed care (IMC) coordinates physical health, mental health, and substance use disorder treatment services to help provide whole-person care under one Medicaid managed care plan. Starting January 1, 2020, the last three regions will implement IMC. These regions are:
• Great Rivers (Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, and Wahkiakum counties)
• Salish (Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap counties)
• Thurston-Mason (Mason and Thurston counties)
Any changes to the provider billing guides and fee schedules can be found on the Health Care Authority’s (HCA) website. Starting October 1, 2019, the HCA will be publishing quarterly updates to many provider guides. Any revised guides will be published as soon as they are finalized.
