This flu season will not only increase admissions to your facilities, but it will also affect your employees and negatively impact your ability to staff at adequate levels. As a WSHA member, you have a free resource in the Washington State Registry Program to help you meet your temporary staffing needs this flu season. Since 2013, the program has provided simple and secure access to more than 25 pre-qualified Washington State Registry Program staffing agencies through a single master contract. With almost 40,000 shifts filled since its inception, WSHA offers this member service to our health care organizations in Washington State totally free of charge. It’s an invaluable resource to have when fluctuations in staffing occur.
