The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) has asked health care facilities in Washington State to review employment records to identify whether registered nurse Cora Jamille Weberg — a person of interest in the hepatitis C investigation at MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital — has ever worked in their facilities. If Cora has worked in your facility, please contact your local health department to assess the potential risk to patients.
Cora has a state registered nursing license (RN60712470) from January 6, 2017, to May 6, 2018, and she is known to have worked in several states. Because knowledge about her work history in Washington may not be complete, DOH is alerting hospitals, nursing homes and ambulatory surgical centers of the need to check their employment records.
