Collaborative Care Insights: EDIE Enhancements

“PointClickCare “(formerly, Collective Medical), has enabled improved care insight functionality within EDIE, called Collaborative Care Insights. Insights consists of multi-facility content that has the following benefits:

• Content is delivered in a single, cohesive patient plan authored collaboratively between facilities/organizations and providers.
• Provides relevant information to ensure providers succinctly receive the most accurate information.
• Reduces multiple and conflicting content about patients in the platform.

PointClickCare will be transitioning all Washington customers to the new Insights functionality by the end of 2023. PointClickCare is making this transition because their mission is to ensure patients receive the best care possible. This starts by ensuring care providers have the most up to date and most relevant information when making care decisions.
