2025 Hospital Advocacy Day
February 10, 2025 - February 11, 2025
Hospital Advocacy Day is an opportunity for hospital leaders to meet with local lawmakers to advocate for health care priorities and share stories from their hospital. To help prepare for these meetings, WSHA will provide a virtual briefing in advance and schedule meetings with lawmakers.
Date: Monday, February 10, 2025 – Tuesday, February 11, 2025
Location: State Capitol, Olympia
Audience: Hospital CEOs/administrators, hospital government affairs staff, and hospital staff/board members as invited by hospital leadership*
*Please note: We recommend registering no more than three people from your organization as there will likely be office space limitations at the Capitol.

Monday, February 10
• 5:30 – 8:00 PM: Welcome Reception and Dinner – The Hub at Lacey (676 Woodland Square Loop SE, Lacey)
Tuesday, February 11
• 7:00 – 8:00 AM: Breakfast – Capitol Room, Hampton Inn & Suites (4301 Martin Way E, Olympia)
Shuttle transportation will be provided between the Hampton Inn and the Capitol on February 11.
• 8:00 – 9:00 AM: Legislative Briefing – Capitol Room, Hampton Inn & Suites (4301 Martin Way E, Olympia)
• 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM: Legislator Visits – State Capitol (416 Sid Snyder Ave SW, Olympia)
