Hospitals and clinics can now schedule pre-survey inspections for 2024. Washington Hospital Services (WHS) began helping hospitals and clinics prepare for DOH, CMS and DNV audits in 2020. Focus areas include clinical quality, infection prevention and environment of care. Each focus area can can be done individually or as part of a package.
All WHS pre-survey inspections are conducted by WSHA/WHS staff or qualified contractors in a mock-audit format. Schedules for this service fill quickly. Act now to secure your preferred dates.
