WSHA had an excellent turnout for our first information session on the Journey to Diagnostic Excellence last week! We have added a second information session in January before we kick off the collaborative. If you were unable to attend, please sign up for our second session on Jan. 5 at 11 am PST here.
Diagnostic errors are common, costly, and harmful, according to the Society to Improve Diagnosis in Medicine. Reducing diagnostic errors in healthcare settings improves patient care, outcomes and saves money. The Journey to Diagnostic Excellence will be an “all teach, all learn” format and aims to help hospitals and health systems implement the Safer Diagnostic Checklist using data, expert advice, and learning from one another.
We hope that you, or someone from your facility, will be able to join us! For more information contact TrishA@wsha.org WSHA Diagnostic Excellence Webpage
If you are unable to attend live, please register anyway, and we will send you a copy of the webinar recording after the session.
