New materials for hospitals collecting and reporting patient demographic data

Members can now access resources designed by other hospitals to assist with training staff to collect patient self-reported demographic information. The mandating reporting requirement is specific to inpatient and observation data, including swing beds. Thank you to the hospitals who have generously shared their materials including:
