The Art and Science of Constructive Disagreement: Learn the dynamics of interpersonal disagreement, how it turns into conflict and how to disagree better. This brand-new course combines insights from psychology, economics and decision science with real-world strategies from expert mediators. Gain the skills to manage conflict constructively, improve communication and build stronger personal and professional relationships. The curriculum was developed and is taught by Harvard professor Julia Minson, Ph.D.

The Art and Science of Effective Negotiation: Negotiation is a leadership skill that’s an essential aspect of health care management, from vendor contracts to interdepartmental collaboration. Participants will learn to negotiate agreements that maximize value and achieve strong outcomes, even in complex or conflict-driven situations. The curriculum was developed and is taught by Harvard professor Julia Minson, Ph.D.

Women’s Healthcare Leadership Program: Designed to empower and advance women leaders within your organization. Our topics are selected and tailored to the unique challenges women may face in the workplace or areas where women are typically underprepared. Our program is a blend of lecture from highly engaging speakers, peer coaching groups that connect participants with peers in similar roles, and panel discussions that feature successful women executives as panelists to inspire and encourage more women to pursue leadership roles.

LEAD Academy: The LEAD Academy is a comprehensive leadership development program that ensures your new managers/supervisors have the tools and insights necessary to navigate the complexities of management. Participants will learn how to manage and resolve interpersonal conflicts and how to have impactful coaching conversations with employees.

Project Management Program: In the fast-paced world of health care, efficient project management is a game-changer. Our project management courses provide practical insights and tools to streamline operations for optimal efficiency and successfully execute projects. This is a hands-on, practical approach to project management, with participants learning foundational concepts, tools and best practices.
