The first quarterly report on meal and rest break compliance is due to L&I by Oct. 30.
Those hospitals yet to submit a report can find help through L&I’s Healthcare Labor Standards Program. The program provides the report form and guidance. Simply click on the “Medical facilities, hospitals” tab.
The report period covers July 1-Sept. 30. If you are having challenges with the report form, contact healthcarelaborstandards@Lni.wa.gov.
The next report period will cover Oct. 1-Dec. 31. The quarterly report will be due Jan. 30, 2025.
