The last wave of project management courses starts on April 19, 2022, with Project Management Foundations for Healthcare.
Attendees will learn the fundamentals of project management and develop the skills you need to manage complex health care projects. This practical, hands-on course will teach you how to guide a project successfully from beginning to end, including how to establish a proper project initiation process, identify milestones and apply project closing processes. These courses are open to all health care staff; no prior project management training or experience is required.
Visit the Project Management registration site for additional program details and to sign up for the program.
