The Department of Commerce has released guidance to Tier 1 building owners who would like to submit compliance applications in advance of their assigned deadline. Submitting applications in advance of the deadline will allow building owners an opportunity to receive feedback. Submitting applications early is voluntary. The Department released the two guidance documents linked below, and each one outlines how to submit applications.
