Autumn is here and so are the latest DASH and DASH Premium features! This month we embarked on a new project to improve the DASH Premium user experience, launched visualization for 2024 MQI data, added “Age Category” to the Marketshare Explorer and made a number of bug fixes.

MQI Program
The 2024 MQI data is now available on the DASH Medicaid Quality Incentive | DASH (wsha.org). This is a secure data visualization platform developed by WSHA Data Analytics to display hospital data, including for the MQI performance measurements. You must have access to DASH to view the data.
Please log in to DASH to check your facility’s submission progress and measure specific details. Upon accessing the platform, you will find updated data for the 2024 MQI Program Tracker submission by measure. This dashboard includes an MQI dashboard detailing an eligibility grid, the submission progress of your facility and additional updated data with information on the MQI cycle.
Please note: In the eligibility grid dashboard there is a known issue with how the climate change measure displays. The Data Analytics Team is working on a fix and will inform users when the issue is resolved.

We will be making enhancements to the website, including but not limited to:
- FAQ page
- Glossary
- Updated infographics describing key pieces of data, such as Service Line Categories and Service Lines
- DASH Premium Banner updates
- More keywords to filter Dashboards or Explorers when searching for specific content
- Guided documentation on how to interact with Dashboards and Explorers
- Formatting fixes and updates
This work will provide users more guidance and information when interacting with Dashboards and Explorers. We will add the new enhancements incrementally through December. Marketshare Explorer
We added “Age Category” to the Marketshare Explorer, which brings it in line with our other Dashboards and Explorers.
The DASH Premium team continues to enhance our Data Dictionary. We reformatted it for an easier to read and more pertinent information. If you want more information on a field, email Danny Lunder at dannyl@wsha.org.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue where service line categories and service lines did not display properly in select dashboards.
- Fixed issue in the Service Area Dashboard where counts were not accurate.
- Made formatting updates to a button that did not extend to its full intended width.
